About the Role

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for working voice professionals. No AI background needed — just a commanding Italian voice, a professional setup, and a sharp ear for quality.

What You'll Do
- Record clear, expressive Italian-language audio using a large diaphragm microphone (LDM), following provided scripts and prompts
- Evaluate AI-generated speech for natural flow, pronunciation accuracy, emotional tone, and overall quality
- Provide detailed, actionable feedback to help improve synthesized Italian voice outputs
- Review scripts and suggest adjustments to improve clarity and ensure authentic, natural-sounding delivery
- Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Experienced in voice acting, narration, audiobooks, dubbing, or related performance-based audio work
- Native or near-native fluency in Italian with a strong command of natural spoken delivery
- Equipped with a high-quality large diaphragm microphone and a quiet, acoustically controlled recording space
- Able to deliver engaging, expressive, and well-articulated vocal performances consistently
- Attentive to nuance — you notice subtle differences in tone, cadence, and pronunciation
- No prior AI or tech experience required
Nice to Have
- Experience in broadcast, commercial, e-learning, or film voice-over work
- Familiarity with audio editing tools or DAW software
- Knowledge of regional Italian dialects or accent variations
- Background in performing arts, linguistics, or language coaching
