Alignerr is a community of subject matter experts who align AI models by creating high-quality data in their field of expertise to build the future of Generative AI. These rules are to help develop & keep Alignerr to be the best and most thriving community.

This is a workplace, and you must conduct yourself professionally. Our team is here to support you. Non-compliance with these rules will jeopardize your account.

• Excellence

  Maintain the highest standards of quality in all work. Do not produce or submit subpar work. Members who consistently produce poor quality work will face consequences, including potential banning from the community. Our commitment to excellence is crucial to winning more AI projects which in turn provides the opportunity for everyone to earn more.

• Integrity

  Do not game or manipulate the assessment exams, calibration projects, timer system, or create duplicate accounts. We can identify such behavior and have logs of screen activity. Any attempts to cheat, game the system, or operate multiple accounts will result in immediate banning.

• Confidentiality

  Respect non-disclosure agreements (NDAs). Do not discuss project details publicly or with unauthorized individuals. This includes refraining from sharing information on social media, forums, or any public platforms. Violation of confidentiality will result in immediate removal from the community and potential legal consequences.

• Community

  Engage positively and constructively within the community. Negative behavior, harassment, or any actions that undermine the collaborative and supportive environment of Alignerr will not be tolerated and are grounds for immediate removal.
