About the Role

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for working voice professionals. No AI background needed — just a commanding German voice, professional recording setup, and a sharp ear for quality.

What You'll Do
- Record clear, expressive German-language audio using a large diaphragm microphone (LDM), following provided scripts and prompts
- Evaluate AI-generated speech for natural flow, pronunciation accuracy, emotional authenticity, and overall quality
- Provide detailed, actionable feedback to help improve synthesized German voice outputs
- Review scripts and suggest adjustments to enhance clarity and ensure natural-sounding delivery
- Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Native or near-native fluency in German with a strong, clear speaking voice
- Background in voice acting, narration, audiobooks, dubbing, or related performance-based audio work
- Access to a large diaphragm microphone and a quiet, acoustically controlled recording environment
- Able to deliver engaging, expressive, and well-articulated vocal performances consistently
- Sharp ear for nuance — you notice when tone, rhythm, or pronunciation feels off
- Detail-oriented and consistent when evaluating speech quality
Nice to Have
- Experience evaluating or directing voice-over recordings
- Familiarity with regional German accents and dialects
- Prior exposure to audio production workflows or post-production review
- Interest in AI, language technology, or speech synthesis
